Tony Guidotti is senior researcher for The Ownership Project at Harvard Business School. Guidotti leads an applied research portfolio exploring the intersection of dignity and the economy with a focus on how the structure of ownership can help communities address societal challenges and support human values. His work aims to expand the theoretical and practical understanding of economic justice through collaborations with practitioners and policymakers. Guidotti is also a research fellow with the Economy of Francesco, an Executive Fellow at Rutgers University’s Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, and previously was Justice, Health & Democracy Fellow at Harvard University’s Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, where he partnered with government officials to design ethics-informed economic policy. Guidotti received a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Notre Dame and has worked in international development as a Research Partner with Catholic Relief Services in Bangladesh and Uganda and as a Livelihood Consultant for Food for the Poor in Honduras.
