Over the course of two days in September 2022, the SO:22 brought steward-ownership and its many facets to life on the big stage and in numerous workshops. It was about steward-ownership as a successor model, how start-ups can ensure their purpose orientation right from the start and how investors can finance steward-owned companies – along the two principles. Together, we strived to bring steward-ownership to the next level, experience its transformative energy, exchange new ideas, spend time together and learn from each other.
