Christina Hoon holds the endowed chair for family businesses at Bielefeld University. Her research interests and practical focus include succession, leadership and the economic power of family businesses. Through the Institute for Family Businesses (iFun) she is active in various projects and activities on the subject of purpose-oriented enterprises.
