Dr. Noah Neitzel is a lawyer and academic. He earned his doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin and Stanford Law School on the topic of steward ownership and commons. After completing his doctorate, he was a Stanford fellow, researching a new legal form for steward ownership. He co-authored model legislation for a designated legal form for steward-owned companies. He now conducts research and provides consulting services on corporate law and ESG compliance in Berlin.
