Matti Pannenbäcker has been an organizational consultant for over ten years and has founded several companies himself. He primarily accompanies entrepreneurs of SMEs in developing tailored ownership and governance solutions in the context of business succession. His areas of specialization in consulting are social entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and agriculture — he has founded a company in each of these fields himself. In addition, he is an expert on the cooperative legal form, for which he is also engaged in political advocacy.
