Jochen Goeser is a transformation leader dedicated to reinventing how organizations create value. With a background in economics, consulting, and large-scale change, he brings two decades of experience in helping companies embrace agility, self-management, and new ways of working.
He is the German lead for a pioneering social impact venture that acquires traditional SMEs and transforms them into steward-owned, self-managing organizations. This work combines financial innovation with deep organizational change, creating more meaningful jobs, fairer ownership structures, and companies that serve society as much as other stakeholders.
Previously, Jochen was Global Project Lead at Robert Bosch Power Tools, where he spearheaded the agile transformation of 20,000 associates across business units and central functions, reshaping teams into cross-functional, autonomous groups. He also co-founded Bold2Move, a boutique consultancy supporting organizations like Bayer, BMW, Würth, and public institutions in shifting toward progressive practices.
Jochen holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (USA/WHU) and a Master of Science in Economics (Germany). His expertise includes agile methods, self-management, and building organizations that unleash human potential.
