Charles Conn is an investor, environmentalist, and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Monograph, a venture capital firm. Previously, he served as CEO of the Rhodes Trust in Oxford. He is the Chairman of the Board at Patagonia and serves on the European Council of The Nature Conservancy. He was the founding CEO of Ticketmaster-Citysearch and a partner at McKinsey & Company. Charles is a graduate of Harvard, Oxford, and Boston Universities. Together with Robert McLean, he co-authored Bulletproof Problem Solving: Solving Complex Problems in Business in 7 Steps, which was published in English by Wiley in 2019 and has since become a bestseller in six languages. Additionally, he is the author of The Imperfectionists: Strategic Mindsets for Uncertain Times, which was published in 2023.
