With over 15 years of experience in sustainable finance, Axel has held various positions at GLS Bank and its subsidiaries since 2008, specializing in climate protection, renewable energy, and product management. His work focuses on enabling companies with strong social and environmental purpose to access significant growth capital, including companies transitioning to steward ownership structures.
Prior to joining GLS Bank, Axel gained international expertise as a Specialist Trainer for Commodities and Energy at Reuters.
