Aunnie Patton Power is a University Lecturer in Innovative Finance, Impact Investing and Technology for Impact and a global consultant on these topics. She is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Skoll Center for Social Entrepreneurship. She is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business and a Visiting Fellow at the Marshall Institute for Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics. She is also a founding member of Dazzle Angels, a female angel investment group. A qualified M&A investment banker, she started her career in impact investing at Unitus Capital in Bangalore in 2010 and has since worked with start-ups, intermediaries, funds, family offices, endowments, corporations and governments in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America . Aunnie’s work has been published worldwide, including in Oxford University Press, the Stanford Social Innovation Review, the World Economic Forum, and as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on Coursera and GetSmarter.
