Astrid J. Scholz is co-founder of Zebras Unite, a growing global cooperative of founders, investors and allies seeking an ethical, more inclusive, collaborative and sustainable approach to building businesses. She heads the Capital Circle of Zebras Unite and serves as CFO. Astrid is also Managing Partner of Armillaria, a systems design and technology collective dedicated to co-creating a global, distributed, democratic infrastructure to mobilize data, innovation and capital to solve today’s problems. Astrid was previously President of Ecotrust, a conservation-based development organization with $150 million under management. She holds degrees from the Universities of St. Andrews, Bristol and California at Berkeley.
