After her business studies and a general management program at Vodafone Germany, Angela Zinser took her first leadership role in Customer Experience. This showed her her true passion – developing and raising awareness of people enabling to create healthy, joyful, effective and regenerative businesses. Angela then went on to lead global leadership development for Vodafone Group in London. Working with service providers in consulting, coaching and training, Angela experienced a wide variety of realities in how these organizations are led, positioned and collaborate with their clients. She recognized a multitude of potentials in the process, which led her to leave Vodafone in 2013 and found “The People Network” as an agile self-organized network of independent consultants and coaches. All her work serves the purpose of the TPN: to create meeting spaces through presence and a better relationship quality – for healthy living spaces with more liveliness, joy and effectiveness in our (working) world. Today, Angela is steward-owner, trainer as well as coach and consultant for founders, shareholders and CEOs from start-ups to corporations.
