Achim Hensen is co-founder of the Purpose Group, which coined the term steward-ownership and advances it through consulting, investment, advocacy, and nonprofit initiatives. A trained business psychologist, he has worked with Startsocial (a McKinsey-initiated program), Nextpractice Consulting and Research, and Traum-Ferienwohnungen, where he drove organizational development during its growth. Since co-founding Purpose in 2015, Achim has been dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, organizations, and investors design ownership, finance, and governance structures that align with purpose and serve society.
