Sebastian Mauder started his own business as a systemic consultant and (shadow) coach in 2015, after completing his legal training and eight years in a large organization (Federal Employment Agency). He is an expert in leadership, facilitation and organizational development and accompanies individuals, teams and organizations in development and transformation. In doing so, he is on the road in various contexts – from digital start-ups to large companies to administration. In 2016, he published the book „Tabu – versteckte Regeln und ungeschriebene Gesetze in Organisationen“. Since 2017, he has been part of The People Network, a network of consultants, trainers and coaches. He was a member of the TPN steering committee from 2018 to 2020. His aspiration – in line with the TPN Purpose – is that “people become greater by interacting with one another”.
