At heart an adventurer and activist, Andreas Schmucker is committed to a common-good-oriented new economy.
In 2019, together with Alma Spribille and Nico Tucher, he founded the sustainable mobile communications provider WEtell and has since co-led the company with them. In 2022, he oversaw the transfer of the company into steward-ownership. He particularly enjoys initiating collaborations with like-minded companies and encourages a shared public and activist stance.
The trained microsystems engineer gained his experience in climate protection and entrepreneurship at the Fraunhofer ISE, as well as working as an independent consultant and project developer for renewable energies.
