Lisa Schemmerling is project manager with Purpose Ventures and consultant with Purpose Consulting. Her experiences in business development in the real estate sector and M&A processes led her on a journey to explore new models for an economy that serves people and the planet, igniting her passion for steward-ownership and eventually bringing her to the Purpose Group in 2021.
Lisa tackles the main hurdles companies face in adopting steward-ownership – lack of information, complex legal implementation, and a lack of aligned capital. As a project manager, she manages diverse internal and external activities, gathers and directs key insights, and facilitates meaningful connections. As a consultant, she supports entrepreneurs on their path to steward-ownership. Lisa is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to design structures that align with their purpose and ultimately foster an economy that serves people and the planet.
