Derek Razo

Derek Razo is a co-founder of Purpose Foundation US, an organization that helps businesses and communities build equitable ownership, governance, and financing models. He has helped dozens of companies raise mission-aligned capital and set up alternative ownership transactions, from early stage to exit. Previously, Derek has co-founded international open-source projects, worked with the world’s largest NGOs to pioneer new models for funding innovation, and helped build technology products used in democratic uprisings and grassroots efforts around the world. He holds a degree from UC Berkeley.
